Here's some key info about how to make the most of your pass.

  1. How do I sync my pass to the Go City app?

    The Go City app is your key to exploring the city. Download for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app. It’ll then be ready for scanning.

    To help make your experience even better, we’ve loaded the app with tons of attraction info, tips, and a handy itinerary tool so can plan your perfect trip.

  2. How do I activate my pass?

    Your pass will activate when you visit your first attraction.

    If you have an All-Inclusive Pass
    Once you activate your pass, this will count as your first full day. You will then have the following consecutive days, depending on the duration you have chosen, to use it. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on the Tuesday, you’ll then have Wednesday and Thursday to visit all your chosen attractions.

    If you have an Explorer Pass
    As soon as you scan your pass at an attraction, one of your choices will be redeemed. You’ll then have 30 days to use up your remaining choices.

  3. Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    Sorry, you can only visit each attraction once per life of your pass. Luckily, we have so many attractions to choose from, there’s plenty you’ll want to do!

  4. Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?

    Some attractions may require a reservation. You can find out which ones need to be booked in advance by visiting our reservation page on each city. Just remember, if you need to make a booking to visit an attraction, your pass must be valid on the day that you visit.

  5. What are premium attractions and can I visit them with my pass?

    Premium attractions are extra experiences that are exclusive to longer-duration All-Inclusive passes (3 days or more). They are not available on 1 or 2-day All-Inclusive passes, or Explorer passes. If you have a longer-duration pass, you can pick one premium attraction to visit. 

    Visiting a premium attraction will activate your pass and count towards a day if you have not visited any prior attractions. You are only allowed to visit one premium attraction for the duration of your pass.
